We will focus on qualifications from level 1 to 3 in Further Education, including the new T Level in Catering to provide chefs for the industry, from schools to colleges. We will demonstrate how apprenticeships provide excellent career starter routes to level 3 and 4 management roles for young people or career changing people who want to join the hospitality industry. We will also describe how engaging with the 50+ age group who are economically inactive provides an excellent talent pipeline with 91% of this demographic keen to progress in the workplace, bringing brilliant transferable skills to the table.
