Glynn Purnell - The "Prince of Birmingham' takes to the Paradise Carriage for our final demonstration of the show. Awarded Birminghams first Michelin star for his restaurant, Purnell's, back in 2007, Glynn paved the way for the UK's second city to blossom in recent years with the additions of more and more Michelin starred establishments. Today, Birmingham holds one of the most exciting culinary scenes in the UK. Recently, Glynn has announced the opening of his first tapas style eatery, 'Plates by Purnell's'. Inspired by his own culinary journey, Plates will be a small tapas style bar serving small plates, great wines and cocktails.
